Dedagroup International Business is the Dedagroup Division dedicated to the design of technological solutions for the Mexican and US financial market.
The objective of the Division is to offer BankUp to entities and financial institutions. BankUp is one of the Made in Italy Softwares that Dedagroup offers to face the challenges related to internationalization. By putting Italian, Mexican and US skills and experiences as a common value, BankUp acts as an integrated Open Banking Information System, that is adaptable
to different realities such as small retail banks and large banks.
The new hires are part of a larger plan to strengthen our Group's human capital, which includes more than 200 new entries during the year, in line with the goals and objectives of the 2017-2020 business plan, which includes over 400 new hires within 2020. Recruiting specialized professional, developing Talent and offering training and professional growth paths to its People were the goals pursued through Dedagroup Digital Academy and Dedagroup Build (Y)Our Future Master initiatives, which contributed to the result of a qualified workforce of 1,700 people (+6% vs 2017) with new high profile employees joining in and reduced average age thanks to large hires.
